WBC in Focus:

Western Bible College is owned and operated by the Arizona District Council of the Assemblies of God with a history of “equipping men and women for ministry.” Ninety percent of the students are enrolled in the pastoral ministries program. Western offers a B.A. in Christian Education, Biblical Studies, Pastoral Ministry, and World Missions. In addition, an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies is available.

The future is very promising for the college as the population explodes across the southwest region of the United States. With several Assemblies of God churches located across the area, the potential for ministry opportunities is vast. Come and experience the beauty of the Southwest as you continue your preparations for ministry!

Community/Regional Information:

Western Bible College is located in the Valley of the Sun in the heart of the Southwest. The Phoenix area is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Phoenix offers a variety of employment opportunities. There are menial work, sales, service, and retail opportunities. Students who must work will find opportunity to do so with a variety of class schedules that include daytime and evening classes.

There are about 60 Assembly of God churches in the metro area offering great opportunities for students to minister in practical ways. Students are encouraged to be a part of a local church during their years of study at Western Bible College.
